Get the big guns🦵 out, it’s Sprint Week. Much against my own interests there’s no long TT this week, it’s all about short power. Race 1 is a classic... literally. It’s the finish of Milan-San Remo. From the top of the Poggio to the finish on the seafront. Can you nail the technical descent and have an advantage to hold off the sprinting pack?

Race 2 and 3 are also track classics. The Kilo, or the 1km TT. We’re doing it twice, on the same course, once as a mass-start TT and once as a drafting race. And if you think that isn’t sprinting, bear in mind the world record is under 1 minute held by François Pervis from Maximilian Levy, both very definitely sprinters.

For Race 4 we go to our traditional closer with a Devil. Same format as last week - three laps neutral, three out every second lap - but on the shorter Hulshout velodrome. I’m tempting a sprinter to try to lap the field.
