RWB March Mini Race Series
This Mini Race Series is brought to you by Team RWB.
We'll kick off with a short warm up, then into a short sprint race finsihed off with an Elimination Race.
* Round 1//3 | Group Warm up, we'll use this workout to gradually increase your Heart rate and get the legs lossened to get ready to race.
* Round 2//3 | Short Sprint to get all that anerobic power pumping before some elimination racing.
* Round 3//3 | Elimination Race, a bunch race during which the last rider crossing the line (every 2 laps) is eliminated until only 3 riders left to contest the sprint and podium places. First 5 laps are neutralised / non-elimination laps.
