This Mini Race Series is brought to you by Team RWB.Round 1//3 | Group Warm up
We'll use this workout to gradually increase your Heart rate and get the legs lossened to get ready to race.
Round 2//3 | Short Sprint
To get all that anerobic power pumping before some elimination racing.
Round 3//3 | Elimination Race
A bunch race during which the last rider crossing the line (every 2 laps) is eliminated until only 3 riders left to contest the sprint and podium places. First 5 laps are non-elimination laps.
