This Mini Race Series is brought to you by Team RWB. ** ROUND 1//3 | GROUP WARM UP We'll use this workout to gradually increase your Heart rate and get the legs lossened to get ready to race. ** ROUND 2//3 | SHORT SPRINT To get all that anerobic power pumping before some elimination racing. ** ROUND 3//3 | ELIMINATION RACE A bunch race during which the last rider crossing the line (every 2 laps) is eliminated until only 3 riders left to contest the sprint and podium places. First 5 laps are non-elimination laps. ** Please STAY BEHIND Jan BOT for the first 3 laps.
