This mini Race Series is brought to you by Team RWB. ** Round 1//3 Group Warm up, we'll use this workout to gradually increase your Heart rate and get the legs lossened to get ready to race. ** Round 2//3 Short Sprint to get all that anerobic power pumping before some elimination racing. ** Round 3//3 Elimination Race, a bunch race during which the last rider crossing the line (every 2 laps) is eliminated until only 3 riders left to contest the sprint and podium places.
