You will likely have heard of the historic Grafton - Inverell Classic road race .... well, Inverell CC do crit racing up there too. This sweeping and slightly undulating course should be fast and fun with just enough elevation to tire a few legs. with quite a few turns this will allow adept racers to use their steering to great benefit.
