This week's course has been selected by Matt Looker.

Situated on the West of the Island, this course is a regular on the yearly race calendar and you can see why.

A nice climb to work the legs meets you not long after starting the lap, which often provides a launchpad for those lighter riders trying to make a break. However, there is a long and steady descent to take you into the village of Kirk Michael - so those who don't make the split can group together to bring it back.

You then take a sharp left where you're taken along the coast road. This is an undulating section which will wear the legs down with plenty of opportunities to try and sneak off the front. You'll then take another left out of Peel, with a little ramp towards the start line before you go again!

There's not real flat on this course, so you'll have to pick your spots to attack and when to save.
