This is the Pacific edition of the Vive Les Femmes. Results count as stage finishes but do not count towards GC, and points do not count toward rankings "This stage begins with a long, relatively flat run eastward, with two intermediate sprints, before entering a finishing circuit around Provins. We do the finishing climb twice, first upon entering the circuit, where there is a GPM sprint, and then to finish the stage, somewhat before the GPM line. Today we honor Beryl Burton, who dominated women’s cycle racing in the UK, winning more than 90 domestic championships and seven world titles, and setting numerous national records. She set a women's record for the 12-hour time-trial which exceeded the men's record for two years (Wikipedia)."
